Avenged definitely got me into metal and playing instruments however me and my friend are starting a band but are not following modern metal sounds. We want more old school vibes like avenged and before.

Dimebag Darrell and Pantera are the reason I started. And I don’t think any guitarist or band has been his equal or taken the torch. Not in metal music.
